Made of a silk mixed and lined in silk I love the crinkled 3D texture she has created with the unusual exterior fabric choice. This is from her main earlier line and I suspect it is late eighties or early 90s it has a ILGWU tag inside the skirt. The cut is fantastic and she has nipped in the waist and the skirt is actually cut on the curve around the hip so even though the fabric has a bit of volume it does not add bulk to the wearer.
